# Introduction to Loglark

Loglark is a log management platform built to be simple yet
powerful. We believe log search should be simple first, fast second —
a tool should help you, not get in your way.

By default, Loglark searches every field in your log records, just
like grep. Need more control? You can filter by any JSON path you
want.

Logs can be messy, but Loglark is designed to handle that
automatically, without any setup on your part. There are no indexes to
configure and no limits on how many fields your logs have or how
deeply they’re nested.
